General Provisions & Acceptance

Welcome to the ak333 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ak333 and its users ("you" or "user"). By accessing or using this platform, you are considered to have accepted all of the following terms.

Account Registration & User Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time. If it is found that a user is below the required age, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

2.2 Identity Verification

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

ak333 may restrict its services for users from certain regions or countries. It is entirely your responsibility to comply with local laws regarding online gaming in the area from which you are using the platform.

2.4 Accuracy of Registration Information

It is your responsibility to keep the name, date of birth, address, and payment information provided at registration accurate and up to date. Providing false information will be considered a breach of contract and may result in account termination.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can be deposited to ak333 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits will be credited to your account immediately, though minor delays may occur due to network issues.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method through which the deposit was made, in the interest of preventing fraud and money laundering.

4.3 Verification Requirements

ak333 may request additional documentation for identity verification in the case of large withdrawals. This is part of security and legal compliance. Failure to provide the required documents may delay the withdrawal process.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ak333 offers new users a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more gives you a bonus of ৳10,000 and a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts from the same household, device, or IP address is prohibited.
• If any suspicious activity is found on an account prior to receiving a bonus, the bonus may be suspended or cancelled.
• ak333 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• A bonus is only withdrawable once the wagering requirements have been fully met.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on ak333 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to ensure unbiased results. We use technology from certified software providers to guarantee the fairness of each game.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

6.3 Result Disputes

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Playing games through fraudulent means or using bots or automated software.

• Abusing the bonus system or following a "bonus hunting" strategy.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.

ak333 has both the right and the responsibility to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

Account Suspension or Closure

8.1 Closure Initiated by ak333

ak333 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Discrepancies in identity verification information.
• Suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activity.
• A court order or request from a law enforcement agency.

8.2 Closure Initiated by the User

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. To do so, contact our support team. If any pending bonus wagering is not completed before account closure, that bonus will be forfeited. However, eligibility to receive back any deposited real funds will remain intact.

Responsible Gaming
